The 2008 Toyota Classics give you an opportunity to see and hear the delightful and engaging art form of Opera. Performed by true masters — the Vienna Operetta Orchestra, under the baton of founding conductor Siegfried Andraschek. Together with featured vocalists Michael Suttner (tenor) and Izabela Labuda (soprano), the orchestra will perform popular favorites from the Golden and Silver eras of Viennese operetta penned by such greats as Johann Strauss and Franz Lehár. Presenting many of the works in its own original arrangement, the orchestra will be joined on stage in Mumbai by India's own L. Subramaniam, whose wide-ranging talents have earned him the sobriquet, "The Paganini of Indian classical music." Together, they will treat you to an evening of authentic Viennese song and dance that will delight and entertain the whole family.
